01/31/2007 - Terabyte Triangle Welcomes RIADIGM

Riadigm is a brand new company, less than two months old, with offices in Suite 668, in the Paulsen Center at 421 West Riverside Avenue. The name “Riadigm” is from Rich Internet Applications, used in a way that will become the new model, like a paradigm, according to Stacey Roestel, Director of Information Technology. Riadigm creates software for the marketing and sales industries.

Although the Riadigm software is powered by the Internet, it is a product in its own right. Their software is user friendly by design; it is being extensively tested, and will ultimately be hosted by Riadigm. “Excellent customer service” rounds out the Riadigm business model. They will modify and customize the software product to suit their customers.

The first module under development, called Dripware, will be the flagship product. Dripware is for “drip marketing”, which allows the software user to send, by e-mail, marketing and sales promotions to their customers in a well spaced but timely fashion. Each promotional e-mail will have product add-ons. Dripware helps create and expand the marketer's customer address book and contact book databases. E-mail marketing pieces will be sent only to the marketer's customers, and the receiving customer will have to opt in to the promotion. The marketing pieces developed can also be sent to print for a flyer, used as print invitations, or if the end user is a restaurant, it could go to print for menu changes.

The owners of Riadigm are Stacey Roestel and Dean Kinne. Kinne is the general manager and has a long history in sales and marketing. His role is providing domain knowledge, and he will do the sales and marketing for the software. Roestel is finishing a Master’s in the Computer Science department at Eastern Washington University. Riadigm chose to be in the Terabyte Triangle because they believe in the “community,” and being in the middle of everything. Roestel is a principal in INMUG (Inland Northwest Multimedia User Group), and is excited about the upcoming Gigapop. He has coined the slogan: “Near Nature, Near Perfect, Near High-speed.”

Riadigm plans to succeed and grow. A company with as many as fifty employees would fit their vision. According to Roestel, “If there’s a marketing solution you need or want to help your marketing effort, Riadigm is your source for the right customized software. We will cater to your needs.”

To contact Riadigm, call Dean Kinne at (909) 973-0201 or e-mail
