U.S. Small Business Administration's Spokane Branch will resume their schedule of free Business Loan Briefings on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month. SIRTI STC to Host Series Debut
Thursday, January 12, 2006 from 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm. Spokane Intercollegiate Research and Technology Institute (SIRTI) with Connect Northwest and Washington State University will partner to present the seminar series, Emerging Growth and Innovation Series: “Healthcare and Biomedical Research”. This is also sponsored by the Washington Software Alliance (WSA).

This Series profiles industry-specific trends, emerging technology and leading- edge research; and is designed to build strategic relationships among institutions, capital providers, business leaders, and entrepreneurs. Attendees will hear from industry and technology experts, venture capitalists, researchers and business leaders on the topic of Healthcare and Biomedical Research.

The first event will be held at the new the new SIRTI Technology Center (STC) on January 12, 2006 from 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm. Admission is $20.
