BizStreet Presents "Seven Deadly Sins"

"MAS Networking Spectacular"
April 8, 2004 The April meeting of Marketing Associates of Spokane offers a unique opportunity for effective and efficient business-to-business networking with the "MAS Networking Spectacular". Attendees will be able to "talk up" their company to a captive audience --- the people sharing their table. They will then rotate to the next table and repeat the talk until everyone in the room has heard their message. Participants should bring at least 100 business cards and prepare a speech on their firm that is one minute or less in length.

The meeting will be Thursday, April 8 at noon at the Red Lion River Inn, 700 North Division Street in Spokane. The cost is $15 for MAS members and $25 for non-members; lunch in included. ACM Presents "A Broad Overview to XHTML"
Tuesday, April 13, 2004. Sue Marie Woods, Adjunct Instructor at Gonzaga University, will discuss "A Broad Overview to XHTML - For the Developer" at the next SIRTI SIG Alliance meeting. This month's meeting will be hosted by the ACM SIG and will be held at SIRTI, 665 N. Riverpoint Blvd., room 432. It begins at 5:30 p.m. with networking and coffee and cookies. April 14 & 15, 2004. Claudia Imhoff, Ph.D., is an internationally recognized author and expert on Customer Relationship Management and its support infrastructure ---the Corporate Information Factory. Dr. Imhoff has co-authored four books on these subjects. She has served on the Board of Advisors for DAMA International (Data Management Association) and is an advisor and a faculty member for The Data Warehousing Institute. In 1999, Imhoff won the Individual Achievement Award from DAMA International. She remains an advisor for several technology and commercial companies.

Dr. Imhoff is also the founder and the President of Intelligent Solutions, Inc., a well respected Business Intelligence and CRM consulting and training firm created in 1992. Her company has successfully implemented over 150 Corporate Information Factory architectures in all industry areas.

Investment Forum 2004 --- APPLY BY APRIL 20

Inland Northwest technology businesses will have an opportunity to make pitches to accredited investors at the Connect Northwest Investment Forum 2004, May 20 in Spokane. Companies must have already received venture capital or significant seed investment. Presenters will be selected from those who pass a screening process and have received assistance on their pitches from a panel of professional service providers. SBA Overview & Loan Briefing
